Darryn & a former business partner started a production company in 2012 called The Mayhem Network. TMN was a podcast & local TV show in St. Louis. In 2013, the name was changed to The Darryn Yates Show.
Bill Delaney, aka Ball Licker Bill & a high school friend of Darryn, was an original cast member of TMN and The DYS. The DYS went on to do a morning-drive radio show in St. Louis in 2013/2014, a local TV show on Charter in 2015 and was one of the main shows on Riot Radio in 2016/17.
After a bit of a hiatus, The DYS returned with a vengeance in the summer of 2021. Darryn is very excited to have Ball Licker Bill return to the show! They reminisce about TMN, the terrestrial radio days, clips of the old TV shows, and all kinds of inappropriate vulgarities!
